Climate/ Experiential Conditions

These are conditions such as the levels of stress and safety teachers and students report feeling, the amount of support for individual student achievement that exists and the degree to which teachers and other staff members feel empowered to share in the decision-making process. For example, teachers who are overly stressed and feel little opportunity or legitimacy for making instructional changes and improvements are far less likely to make and sustain changes which will endure.
